Bill costs for our Passive House

The estate agent's details boasted an "exceptionally energy-efficient house" and claimed "running costs of £150 a year" - did that turn out to be true?

This is a difficult question to answer in a simple way - yes, that could have been true in some circumstances but no, it’s not turned out exactly like that.
